VENUE RULES AND POLICIES for ticketed events/festivals
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & PICTURE ID will be required at the gate by whoever purchased the advance tickets. Driver's license, student ID, etc.
Tickets purchased through any other ticket re-sellers (stub hub, Ticketmaster, etc..) outside of Hold My Ticket will NOT be honored at the gate.
All guests seeking to obtain a 21+ wristband must have a valid, physical ID on them. Photos of IDs will not be accepted.
(Outdoor shows only) You may bring a chair and or blanket to sit in designated areas where they are permitted to be placed during the show.
No outside alcohol or coolers allowed inside or outside the venue
Although Texas Law says minors accompanied by their parent/guardian/legal spouse are allowed to be in possession of alcohol, Luckenbach Texas DOES NOT ALLOW anyone underage to be in possession or drinking alcohol on the property. Minors will be marked prior to entry. Removal of markings may result in removal from the venue without a refund. Minors suspected of intoxication will be denied entry without a refund. IF ANY MINOR IS CAUGHT IN POSSESSION, THEY AND THEIR PARTY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY.
No firearms, noise-makers, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. This includes pocket knives.
No large bags, backpacks, or backpack purses are allowed. Bag size cannot exceed 12in x 12in x 6in and must be clear. All bags are subject to search at the front gate and items not allowed will be confiscated and disposed of at the front gate
Cameras and video are not allowed at any time. Some artists don’t allow any cameras at all.
No Go-Pros or Selfie Sticks
No poster tubes
No binoculars
No drinking containers are allowed inside the venue, even if they are empty (Ex. Tumblers, Yeti Mugs, Etc.)
If it has been raining close to gate times, or it is predicted to rain during the concert, we will allow umbrellas in the venue. They must remain closed unless it is raining. Umbrellas being used for shade purposes are not permitted.
If you have any items that are not allowed inside the venue, you will be asked to put them back in your vehicle NO EXCEPTIONS
No guitars/musical instruments are allowed to be brought inside the venue during a festival or event.
Luckenbach Texas is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items
No re-entry into the venue during a festival or event.
Bars accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
Valid ID must be presented at the front gate and bar
Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service as they deem necessary
Security guards reserve the right to escort anyone out of the venue as they deem necessary
Luckenbach Texas reserves the right to refuse entrance if deemed necessary
Pets are allowed on the property but must remain on a leash at all times
Shoes and Shirts Required
Consumption of alcohol in the parking lot prohibited
3rd party tickets do not guarantee admittance to the venue
No refunds on ticket purchases (even if you are removed from the venue)
