For weddings, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings, family reunions, graduations, and surprize parties-the Luckenbach Dancehall is ideal for parties and social gatherings of any kind.
The Dancehall rental includes tables, benches, use of the patio, and Luckenbach’s natural rustic charm. Additionally, the General Store, Post Office and Warehouse Store are open during your private event- this adds a unique and fun element for your guests. A private bar can be added to bring a personalized feel to your party as well.
Luckenbach stocks many brands of beer in both longnecks and cans. We also offer a house Cabernet Sauvignon Blend, Dry Floral Rose, and Chardonnay Blend by the glass. The bar is also stocked with sodas, sparkling waters, bottled water, and non-alcoholic beverages. Catering can be arranged on the property, or you can select your own caterer. If you need help finding a band, Luckenbach can help with that too!
Luckenbach has an enchanting appeal from the moment you step on the property, making it a perfect location for your guests to make many memories!

Need to have a small get-together without all the “hoopla”? We can offer you an hourly rental in the dancehall (not exceeding two hours) for a small fee so that you can enjoy everything Luckenbach has to offer without the nitty gritty details. History, tabs, and group packages can be added to make your group truly feel like "Everybody is Somebody in Luckenbach".

Want the scoop? We can meander the property with you or enjoy storytelling in the historic dancehall while we share the unique history of our town. Different options are available for groups. We can do the Willie Nillie Tour which is tells the story and history history of the property. A Nikel Tour includes storytelling, tour of the property & a free beer. The Sangria Wine Tour includes storytelling, tour of the property, a glass of Jerry Jeff Walker Sangria wine, served in a free Luckenbach Texas wine glass! Tours MUST be scheduled in advance so please submit an inquiry.
