A collection of selected recipes from the most popular cookbooks within the state.  What would you say to Pick Pocket Tacos (from the "Calf Fries to Caviar" cookbook); King Ranch Chicken Casserole (from "Tastes & Tales from Texas..With Love); or Sunday Night Fireside Soup (from "Gallery Buffet Soup Cookbook").  Top it off with Strawberry Yum Yum (from "Cowtown Cuisine).  Makes me hungry just thinkin' about it!
