To quote Ray Wylie Hubbard, "John is a young poet with the soul of an old roots rocker."  Sounds like a pretty good recommendation to us!!  John is one of our favorites and in March of 2006 he also won the coveted "Producer of the Year" from the Texas Music Awards for his efforts on the debut album for Jeff Posey, "Pocketful".  Now he's come out with his fourth great album of his own, "Old Blue Suit".
